The app will have a subscription plan called Telegram Premium. This will increase the limit on chat, media and file upload.
According to Bibom’s report, paid users will get the feature to upload files up to 4 GB. The company says that Telegram brings paid features and will continue to bring new features for unpaid users as well.
Durov also said that the Telegram app should not be funded by advertisers but by users. In addition, the company has informed that some premium features can also be used by unpaid users.
