Snapchat has added a real-time location sharing feature. Live location sharing feature has been added to make Snapchat more secure.
The company has started making this feature available to users. This new feature will allow users to share their live location with friends of their choice for a short period of time.
Live location sharing can be done for 15 minutes or a few hours. But before sharing the live location, both of them have to accept themselves as friends.
Since 2017, Snapchat has given users the feature to share their location with their friends. But the Low Location feature was recently added by Snapchat.
250 million users are using Snap Maps every month. Also, from February 23, Snapchat users can also change their username.
