Instagram has released a fundraiser tool on Reels. It allows you to create fundraisers and donate on reels. In non-profits, users can collect up to 1.5 million additional funds by placing lines on reels. This fundraiser tool has been around for a long time in Instagram Stories and Livestreams.
This feature was announced by Meta on the occasion of Earth Day. According to Meta, 4 million users have donated more than 150 million dollars for environmental protection through Instagram and Facebook.
Meta has also released stickers and profile frames to show support for environmental issues on Instagram, Facebook and Messenger.
